Fingerprinting services are available through the Elsmere Police Department for the general public or those applying for professional licenses.
There is no cost to get fingerprinted. However, in order to receive the service, you must present a valid U.S. government issued picture ID.
Fingerprinting services are available on Wednesdays from 1-3 p.m. at the Elsmere Police Department. Fingerprinting is a walk-in service and is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.
