Our Records Division is responsible for processing and distributing public records to the general public, other law enforcement agencies, employees of the city of Elsmere, and county/state/federal courts and corrections systems in a courteous, responsible, and timely manner.
The Records Division provides traffic crash reports, incident and arrest reports, and calls for service. This division also is responsible for reviewing reports and reporting crime statistics. In addition, the Records Division manages police records, including the processing of reports, citations, warrants, expungements, and more.
